How we handle the details you send us when you ask about or book a car.
What we collect
When you send a reservation request we receive your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request. When you book, we also see your passport or Emirates ID and your driving licence, which the law requires us to check before handing over a car.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your booking, check that you may drive the car, and settle tolls, fines and the deposit afterwards. We do not use your details for advertising and do not sell them.
Who sees it
Our concierge and delivery team, our insurer if there is a claim, and the authorities when they ask for the driver of a vehicle at a given time. Our website provider stores the requests sent through this form on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for five years, as UAE commercial law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them where we are not required to keep them. Write to concierge@high-end-luxury-car.devany.app.
