Questions
Answers before you book.
Documents, deposits, tolls, delivery and what happens if plans change. If your question is not here, we answer on WhatsApp in minutes.
BookingHow far ahead should I book?
Two weeks ahead from November to March, when the city is full and the Huracán, Urus and G 63 are booked most days. In summer, 48 hours is usually enough. Same-day requests are possible if the car is free; message us and we will tell you within 15 minutes.
BookingWhat is the minimum rental?
One day (24 hours). Seven-day rentals are charged at six days, and we quote monthly rates for the SUVs and saloons on request.
DocumentsWhich documents do I need?
Visitors: passport, entry stamp or visa page, and a driving licence. Residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Send clear photos on WhatsApp or by email before delivery, and we check them before the car leaves the showroom.
DocumentsCan I drive on my home licence?
Visitors from many countries, including the GCC, the UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia, can drive on their home licence. Others need an International Driving Permit as well. Send us a photo of your licence and we will confirm the same day.
DocumentsIs there a minimum age?
25 for supercars and convertibles, 23 for SUVs and saloons. Every driver must have held a full licence for at least two years.
Payment & depositHow does the security deposit work?
We pre-authorise the deposit on a credit card in the main driver's name; it is not charged. It is released 21 days after the car comes back, because Salik tolls and traffic fines reach us from the authorities with a delay. Deposits range from AED 5,000 to AED 15,000 depending on the car.
Payment & depositWhich payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for corporate accounts. The deposit must be on a credit card; debit cards and cash cannot be used for it.
Payment & depositWhat is included in the daily rate?
Comprehensive insurance, the daily mileage shown on each car, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai, a full tank, and 24-hour roadside assistance. VAT at 5% is added to the final invoice.
Driving in DubaiHow are Salik tolls and fines handled?
Every car carries a Salik tag. Toll crossings are charged at cost when the deposit is settled. Speed-camera and parking fines are passed on at cost plus a AED 50 handling fee, with the original fine notice attached.
Driving in DubaiCan I take the car outside Dubai?
Yes, anywhere within the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Hatta, Jebel Jais and the east coast are all fine. Our cars cannot cross into Oman, and off-road or dune driving is not covered by the insurance.
Driving in DubaiWhat if I go over the mileage allowance?
Extra kilometres are charged at AED 10 to AED 25 per km depending on the car. If you plan a long trip, tell us at booking and we will include extra kilometres at a lower rate.
DeliveryWhere can you deliver the car?
Anywhere in Dubai at no charge: DXB terminals, hotels, residences and offices, at any hour. Delivery to Al Maktoum International (DWC), Abu Dhabi or Sharjah is quoted at booking.
DeliveryWhat happens at handover?
A member of our team arrives 10 minutes early, walks round the car with you, photographs it together with you, sets up the seat and phone connection and explains the drive modes. It takes about 15 minutes.
DeliveryWhat is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Within 48 hours we keep one day's rental; after delivery, unused days are not refunded.
